The tenants moving out currently have 2 dogs living there now. The backyard will have some TLC taken to it as the previous tenants had a dog that dug some holes, but with 2 dogs living there now, I wasn't going to try and fix it, as it'd be an uphill battle. The house just had a new roof put on last fall along with new electrical panel last spring. I do what I can to keep this property up! Landlord covers Water/Trash and also has a home warranty company they pay for to avoid any potential repair headaches. $50 application fee. Utility costs are very reasonable as the landlord lived in this house for 7 years and did many updates/improvements to the house before renting it out. I don't nickel and dime people.
