The Thompson Flats were built in 1900 and Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019. We fully renovated all 12 apartments while preserving their unique historic character. Each apartment has individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and refinished hardwood floors and woodwork. We installed new bathrooms with in-floor ceramic tile heat, new kitchens with granite counters, Marvin thermal windows, and energy efficient LED lighting. The Thompson Flats is located across the street from the Basilica and a half block from Loring Park. The apartment's own Wi-Fi internet service and trash is an additional $40 per month. Ramp parking is available for $100 per month. The monthly rent includes water. The resident pays for their electricity and there is a $40 per month charge for the residents dedicated Wi-Fi connection on the building's fiber optic US Internet service and trash.
