The apartment has Marvin thermal windows and LED lighting for energy efficiency. The Thompson Flats are located across the street from the Basilica and a half block from Loring Park. There is an additional charge of $40 per month for the apartment's dedicated Wi-Fi internet service from the building's US Internet fiber connection and trash. Ramp parking is available for $100 per month.
