Your "suite" consists of a larger room the size of a rec room with a fire place and white carpets with natural wood window sills and trim and a smaller room behind french doors that you can use as an office or whatever with cork floors. It's beautiful here. Fresh air, trees, gardens. So close to Greenlake - a three mile walk or ride or roller skate or jog around the lake is a must do for "people watching". Just south of here is Ravenna park which is like a beautiful old growth forest in a deep ravine, right in the middle of the city. Ravines are typical here in hilly Seattle. We are very close to the University District with great restaurants, book stores, coffee shops, and the farmers market on Saturday's. Easy to get many places in the city from here by public transportation. 20 minutes to downtown by express bus. 5 minutes to the university district by bus or walk there in 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. Free street parking in front of the house. Clean and sober house, please party elsewhere. No smoking in the house or on the premises. I am scent sensitive so you will need to use scent free laundry detergent if you are going to use the washer and dryer in the house.
