Our MB Palace Resort #2013 Condo is on the 20th floor (200' high) & has Spectacular views of beach and ocean from inside and outside 2 balconies. Our P2013 Condo is angled oceanfront (Oceanview) & recently upgraded with a Full kitchen and 2 full baths. The Palace Resort building is an oceanfront bldg. & on the east or beach side of South Ocean Bldg. Palace Resort has outdoor pools & indoor / outdoor jacuzzis, restaurant and bar., kids arcade, gym, steam and sauna. Oceanfront pools and jacuzzis & an indoor jacuzzi on the 22 floor (2 floors above my Palace #2013 condo on 20th floor! We appreciate your business! Condo interior painted in new Light gray "Aria" color in 11/20. You accept our private home As Is. Our Palace Resort #2013 condo is located at 1605 S. Ocean Blvd., South Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. We have been in business since 1994 and have an A+ rating with the BBB. We are licensed and insured.
