The house also has full AC for the few hot coastal days as well as windows throughout to enjoy the coastal breeze. Home has two home office areas with standing desks (one adjustable to a sitting desk) as well as a gym in the garage with a Peloton, Treadmill and weights. Outdoor shower with hot water is the perfect way to rinse off after a long day at the beach! All utilities included in monthly price, owner pays for gardener. No pets please, all utilities included.
