The house, which was built in 2015, is located on a beautiful, quiet block of 7th Ave West on the top of Queen Anne hill. High-end materials and surfaces were used throughout the apartment. You control your own thermostat. The heated floors feel fabulous during the cooler months. The studio also happens to be the most comfortable room in the house when it is hot outside because it stays cooler down there, while the heat rises to the the 2nd and 3rd floors, which are occupied by the owner. The owner spends most of her time on the 3rd floor in her large kitchen, living and dining room. High-speed internet, all utilities, heat, and garbage are paid for by the owner but will cost you a total of $100 a month on top of your rent of $1300 for a total of $1400 each month. There are 2 closets and several sets of hooks on the walls for easy living and storage. Stove, microwave, large & deep kitchen sink, under-counter size fridge (not a mini-fridge) and an European style washer/dryer. The furniture and wall decorations in the photos below have been removed from the apartment. The photos show the apartment at different times in the last couple of years so you can see various options. There is a double bed in it now, which may be used if you prefer. This space is for someone who wants to live in nice surroundings in a very walkable and convenient location. There are many grocery options, coffee shops, and restaurants within 4-8 blocks. It is a great neighborhood for almost everything. Street parking is open and easy. The #2 and #29 bus stops are a block away but this is also a great place for telecommuting, which a recent tenant was doing. A brief phone or facetime call with owner is recommended prior to viewing. Owner prefers one tenant who is agreeable to quiet hours after 9 pm and before 7 a.m. The apartment is available to rent immediately. A flexible rental arrangement is an option. No smoking of any kind on property. Pets that are quiet and not distructive are fine with Pet Deposit.
