Two USB ports are ready to charge your mobile devices at hand. The main room has a ceiling fan with a soft light on remote control for your ease, relaxation and comfort. However, there are 5 ceiling lights if you need that brightness to pop. Included in the rent are water, electricity, gas, and high-speed fiber optic internet, providing ultimate convenience. One small pet is welcome (under 35 pounds). An indoor cat or small well-behaved quiet dog is acceptable to join our peaceful community. A 13"x7" doggy door is already in place for your furry friend to access a 92 sq. ft. long patio to complete a pet friendly accommodation. Laundry services are available with prior approval from the landlord, scheduled once a week and to be accessed only by the landlord's accompaniment to the main house. The surrounding area accommodates your necessities all within 5 miles: supermarkets, restaurants, gas, library, community college, urgent care, post office, and much more. A beautiful park is steps away for that morning, afternoon, or lighted night walk. This unique studio provides a truly comfortable, flexible living space with everything you need at your fingertips. Included in the rent ($1000 month) is water, electricity, gas, and high speed fiber optic internet. Cable TV is not included, but renter may pay for own cable. To join landlord's Streaming options additional fees will be charged. The kitchenette is supplied with a two-burner portable hotplate that can be used with restrictions (fire safety rules). Only appliances that are approved by fire regulations may be used in the kitchenette: such as kettle, toaster, small grill (e.g. George Foreman), slow cooker, coffee maker, air fryer, "bullet", rice maker. Not permitted: additional hot plate(s) or any free-standing appliance that does not fit on counter-top. A small garden grill may be used in the patio (with safety in mind). A microwave is supplied in kitchenette. Smoking is permitted, but outside the studio. No smoking of any kind allowed inside the studio itself. A pet is welcome but must be well-trained, non-aggressive, quiet, and house broken. Not suitable for large dogs over 35 pounds. A noisy or aggressive dog must be controlled and can be a cause to negate the rental agreement. An indoor cat is permitted but not an outside cat. Pet droppings must be cleaned daily from litter box and patio. Landlord must be notified of any maintenance problems immediately. A minimum of 12 months rental agreement must be agreed to the terms stated; however, a 6 months rental agreement is negotiable. One month rent for deposit (security) and one month rent in advance to move in once proof of income, work history or any other document proof has been approved by landlord.
