We are seeking a new roommates for our 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house, preferably late-20s/early-30s grad students or professionals, starting August 1 (one-year lease). You would be sharing with a 33-year-old female grad student at Cal, and a 28-year-old landscape architect. Our house is in Central Berkeley, a short walk to Berkeley down town / #36 bus ride or 10-minute bike ride from Cal campus. We have a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen and fully furnished common area, along with incredibly kind and responsive landlords. In the past, roommates have done a chore rotation to keep the house clean and had a once-weekly roommate night (usually to watch the TV shows). The common areas are fully furnished, and the room will contain a wardrobe and possibly a bed (if desired). No Smoking and one year lease.
