This house is in an eclectic neighborhood. The grounds are a wooded natural area for nature lovers with a lot of wildlife. You will see deer, roadrunner, fox, owls, and numerous other birds. There is a wooded trail down to the shared swimming dock and cove. Sail and Ski Marina and delicious Sun Dancer Grill are in easy walking distance. Wonderful safe neighborhood where people are always walking. The cabin is for one person to live only. Photos are from different persons who have lived there. I show a man and womans decorating perspective. It is not for people with alot of stuff as you can see. Minimalist or minimalist in training do well here:) Location is Great!-easy access to 620, Lakeway & Bee Cave restaurants, Lake Travis boating and fun, Hill Country Galleria Mall, and Medical Facilities.
