What I love most are the high ceilings, gorgeous wood floors, spacious living room, and all of the large windows/natural light (floor to ceiling windows in living room!). I also love the large porch (with cover) that is attached to unit 1. I also love the extra entry door attached to the kitchen. If I wasn't leaving town for a new job, I would stay in this house as long as possible! The location is ideal - it's in a gorgeous neighborhood full of homes built in the 1800's. It's awake during the day but quiet at night. The neighbors in the house are the best :) There is so much to do within a walkable distance. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping all 2-5 blocks away. My friends and family love to visit bc we can just head out the door and walk downtown. Sherri has been an amazing Home Owner to us! You can tell she really loves this house and has done so much to keep it looking beautiful. She is quick to fix any issues that might pop up, and every fix is an improvement (ex: when my AC broke, she replaced it with more energy-efficient units that work better and have reduced my electric bill too. Tenant pays for all utilities. On street parking in front of building. Small dogs allowed. No smoking. Tenants must have a credit score of 600+, pass background check, have a good rental history and have 2 months verifiable income of 2.5x rent amount.
