Very private and quiet, and minutes to 16th Street metro buses and approx 1.2 mile / 15-20 min walk to Columbia Heights metro station. All utilities included in rent as well. Both of our two-year tenants loved living here, but job change or house purchase forced move. Owner pays all utilities (cable, elec, gas, water etc)
