The guesthouse is roughly 400 square feet, unfurnished and located behind the main house. It comes with a refrigerator, stove/oven, central air conditioner, central heater, garbage disposal and hardwood floors. All the utilities, water, trash collection, landscaping and WiFi are included with the rent. The house is centrally located near Hollywood Hills (near Fairfax and Hollywood Blvd). There is no parking spot available, so you have to street park. It's permit parking at night. The guesthouse includes ONE parking permit.
