Lease & Rent Details
I'm looking for a long-term renter who will treat the space like their own.
Rent is $ 2,000 per month.
Move-in costs: First month's rent + $1,500 deposit.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
Utilities
Water, electricity, gas, garbage, and internet are available upon request and can be included or billed separately based on your needs.
House Rules
No pets allowed
No smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit
No laundry on-site, so you'll need to use nearby laundromats or services
Requirements
Credit check will be conducted
Proof of income is required (e.g. pay stubs, offer letter, bank statements)
