Pricing & Membership Options **We will NOT be overfilling the house. If you're a member there will be a bed. Mid-Week Membership: $1,900/season + $800 deposit Stay Monday-Thursday. Weekend stays are possible with a $40/night guest fee if space allows. Weekend Membership: $2,700/season + $800 deposit Weekend members may stay mid-week if space allows (no additional fee required). Couples: We are seeking one mid-week couple. Couples receive a 10% discount on seasonal rent (deposit excluded). Guest Fee: $40/night for each guest. House Amenities 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / washer & dryer Hot tub Flat driveway with ample parking (no garage) Shared Costs: Members will contribute to shared items such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, etc. Pets: Sorry, no more pets. House Culture Laid-back Environment: We're not a party house, but we love to apres, share meals, and have relaxed evenings by the fire. Shenanigans welcome! No Jerks Clean Up After Yourself: Be considerate of your housemates. Little Shredders (kids) Welcome occasionally Experienced Skiers & Adventurers: We seek like-minded individuals who love the outdoors. Communication & Management WhatsApp & Google Calendar: Used for coordination, scheduling, and member communication. Email: Used for gentle reminders and group information sharing. House Management: The projected budget suggests that members may receive a financial return at the end of the season, but this cannot be guaranteed. The full-time member would be exempt from any returns at the end of the season.
