    Hello, I am a 33-year-old male living in Hamilton NJ looking to rent out a room in my 950 square foot home. The room you will be renting is roughly 11ft x 12 ft and has a small closet attached to it. You will be sharing the house with me and will have full access to every room in the house aside from mine. We will be sharing the living room, single bathroom, kitchen and recently renovated dining room. There is also a large backyard with a small firepit 1 year lease agreement No Smoking No Pets Only one tenant please I will handle all maintenance around the house including grass cutting, driveway shoveling, and other maintenance issues

    I am a 33 yr old teacher. I am up and out by 7:45 a.m. on weekdays. I tutor via zoom some evenings. I go to bed around 9:30-10 p.m. I rarely host guests. I typically cook for the week on Sundays, and have a cleaning lady come by every other week.
