Inside the property, an air-conditioned sunroom leads to a bright, open space floor plan. The villa features crisp white paint, earth tone furnishings, and hardwood flooring throughout. Comfortable seating and a large screen smart TV can be found in the living room area. The kitchen offers ample seating for guests, serveware, and all cooking necessities that one may need. Down the hallway, the master suite features a comfortable Queen Bed with brand new firm mattress, ample closet space, a desk area, Juliet balcony, blackout curtains for sleeping late and optimal privacy, and an ensuite bathroom with large shower. Guests love the unique guest room space offering twin beds for three, a variety of books, television, closet area, small balcony, and ample lighting. An additional hallway bathroom offers a tub shower, vanity with sink, and toilet. The enclosed sunroom features its own air-conditioning and Levelor blinds for privacy. A pull-out sofa offers an additional sleeping space. A washer and dryer are also located off the hallway for the convenience of guests. There is parking in the carport and common lot area, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is parking for two vehicles. As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
