This is a great location. Close to many of Denver's best restaurants and activities. Just down the street from REI, next to Confluence Park. Very walk able area. It's a clean complex that's been upgraded a lot since I've been here. The unit is in great shape with many upgrades, however it will need a new stove top. I factored that into keeping the rent lower than what is being charged at comparable locations. Renter pays for utilities, trash valet, water, gas, electric and to park in the garage.
