    Each of the two rooms are private and rented separately. Each room features a quality queen bed, ample closet space, a dresser, a flat-screen TV, and door locks. One full bathroom is shared between the two rooms. The rest of the basement apartment is also shared and includes plenty of natural light, a quiet atmosphere, and essential furnishings. This apartment was newly renovated in the summer of 2024, with and secure key carpeting throughout except in the bathroom and laundry areas. You can enjoy a large patio out back that provides a pleasant outdoor space, as well as access to the Jefferson County Open Space behind the fence, perfect for hiking, walking, or biking. or bike. The lease duration can be 3 months to 12 months. Smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is prohibited. Parking is on Salvia Street as long as you are not blocking anyones driveway or garbage storage areas. We love pets but do not accetp them due to a lot of tenants having allergies to them. Please remove your shoes at the bottom of the stairs! Thank you. You have the responsibility to keep the common areas clean and tidy. The vacuum is stored in the laundry area. When the trash or recycle is full in the apartment, take it out to the back patio an put in the large bins. Pick-up day is on Thursday mornings. It is crucial to NOT put anything down the kitchen sink other than clear or soapy water. If you have left over foods, grease, etc. put it in a container or baggie and put in trash. The lines can clog easily. You are not responsible for any maintenance. If something needs fixed, let Pam or Linda know right away, via a 3 way text message that we will set you up on. We strive to keep the all-inclusive rent low for our tenants. To help us do that, please be cognitive of simple things like turning lights off when leaving or not needed. Using only the water you need. Taking 5 minute showers. Only do laundry when the billing is low - anytime other than M-F between 1 pm and 7 pm. Please read your lease and if you have any questions, lets chat about it so everyone is clear. It makes for smooth sailing!
