Service animals will need valid documentation provided. Please note- there is no garage available but plenty of space to park multiple vehicles. The Cabin is available mid october- mid may. Fully furnished rent is $3000/ month plus $500 for utilities, internet, water for a total of $3500/month Must have good credit and be in good financial standing. Prefer 2.5x income to rent ratio or liquid assets and a good credit score . water, internet, youtube tv, gas, electric is an additional $500/month . property is available for 6-7 months only, October to April or May
