Just a short 10 minute drive to downtown and I-15 is very close by to accommodate any further distances you may travel. Fully fenced front yard for you lovely pets as well as A/C throughout the entire house. Everything is fully finished minus your private room. Rent does not include utilities however washer and dryer is included along with internet. Pets are welcomed that being said there is a small surcharge of $50 a month per pet.
