Criminal history must not contain felony conviction(s) for criminal offenses involving; violence, assault, battery, firearms, arson, the manufacturing and/or distribution of controlled substances within the past seven (7) years, or misdemeanor or felony conviction(s) for sexual offenses regardless of when the conviction occurred. Bankruptcies must be discharged for 3 years. Co-signers must meet all the criteria. Co-signers are required to submit an application with a $75 (non-refundable) application fee. We do not allow Subletting, Company leasing, or Air B&B. Rental history- 2 years of rental history must be provided to include prior landlord name, phone number, and current email address. Rental history must reflect timely payments, no complaints of disturbances, unpaid NSF Fees, damages, evictions, monies owed, liens, or foreclosures. Prior home ownership is equivalent to rental history. Pets are allowed per the owner's discretion and each property listing has specific details for each listing. A $ 250 non refundable pet fee is required per pet.
