Coreen and Steve are the owners. Coreen is your contact and Steve is available for repairs. One year lease to begin with then month to month. Renter pays a set utilities fee of $280 per month to the landlord. This covers Gas, Electricity, Water and Trash which is checked about every 6 months to assess the average meets the monthly charges. Pets are welcome with a $100 deposit for each. Conscientious clean up outside for dogs and attention to litter from indoor litter boxes.
