On first floor is the living room/dining room and kitchen with all amenities including front-loaded washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with kurig coffee maker, and all utensils, including pots and pans and an electric grill for easy cooking. The refrigerator is equipped with soft drinks and water to get you started. At the rear is a small deck with patio furniture & private parking for one vehicle. Street parking is also available with visitor permit that we will be happy to get you with advance notice. Both bedrooms are equipped with cable TV's. There's Wi-fi throughout the house. We do not live at the house, so it will be all yours. We are a phone call away for any questions or assistance.
