Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and a leafy canopy view like a North Georgia cabin, but you're minutes from everything in the city. The living room and balcony overlook Peachtree Creek, where you can spot turtles, blue herons, red-tailed hawks, cardinals, and sometimes deer, otters, or even a coyote. Coffee on the porch is a daily ritual.

Second bedroom: Flexible space with a custom-built-in bookshelf and desk. Currently set up with a daybed that converts to a queen and a crib/ toddler bed. We're happy to remove furniture if it's not needed.
Living, Dining, Kitchen: Open-concept plan with an island bar and updated finishes. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, disposal, dishwasher, electric stove, and microwave, and is stocked for everyday cooking. The living room is fully furnished with a sectional sofa, a mounted TV, modern leather accent chairs, bookshelves, and a linen closet. The dining area features a 1920s wood pedestal table, a bar, and a buffet. French doors open to the balcony, which features an extendable table and chairs for that morning coffee.
