The kitchenette is furnished with all appliances including: refrigerator, microwave, countertop/convection oven, toaster, coffeemaker, croc pot, stove-top burner, vegetable steamer, rice cooker, linens, glassware, dinnerware, silverware, utensils, and various pots/pans/bowls. The large window has been tinted for climate control, but still provides an open space for viewing and allowing fresh air inside. This window is also appointed with blackout curtains for those who prefer a very dark and quite room. Acoustic paneling has recently been installed that lends a visually appealing look, as well as ambiance, to the unit. A small dog will be considered (with payment of a non-refundable pet deposit.) This unit is conveniently located directly off I-5, but is completely shielded from the traffic noise. Owner lives on-site, but this is NOT a shared living space. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit. A small dog will be CONSIDERED (along with additional deposit.) A free, monthly cleaning service is offered. If tenant chooses not to use this service, a quarterly walk-through will be required in order to make sure the property is being kept in a clean and safe condition. The length of the lease is negotiable, and month-to-month will be considered. No couples. Renter's Insurance is REQUIRED.
