This little hidden Jem , is a perfect get away at a great price. (No subleasing) Im renting the main floor with back yard . it's perfect for a year from someone from outside PR. Olympic style pool with racing lanes. 4 minute walk from the house. The house is furthest away from the front gate of ROUND HILL communitie, but still only two minutes from gate. I'ts a cute community.. Most everyone is very friendly. by car. 25 minutes to old san juan. 15 minutes from san juan 15 minutes to Carolina beaches 15 minutes to the airport i love it here. My home is in NY. i visit PR 3 to 4 times a year . some years less. Our olympic style pool, is well kept and loved by all in the community who use it. We are around the corner from Trujillo Alto Mall. It has almost.everything one would need . Also in Carolina PR there is everything you need . thats also only 15 minutes away or so. This is a 1st floor rental in a two family house. The second floor is my own space when i come to visit PR. Im from NY. otherwise no one else will be living in the second floor .
