Our fully furnished, well appointed three-story 4BR / 1.5BA house in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood is available for rental starting any time after February 18, not later than March 1. Lots of space and amenities available for kids. Ideal short- or medium-term rental for families or groups--we have been pleased to host many neighbors. We are looking to make rentals of 2-6 months in length, with extension possible; we are open to discussing longer durations. LOCATION: Our home is a semi-attached 3-story house on a quiet street just steps to Mt Pleasant shops & restaurant, 5 min walk to Rock Creek Park, and 10 min walk to shops and metro station of Columbia Heights. (And of course we think Mt. Pleasant is the most friendly neighborhood in DC!) HOUSE: The first floor is where you'll spend most time, be it the kitchen, the dining room, or the living room. Enjoy high ceilings, elegant details, and plenty of light pouring in on three sides. Plus a 55" TV, half bathroom, and coat closet. The second floor has a master bedroom with king bed and closet, a child's bedroom, and a room suitable for infant/child/single adult, as well as the main bathroom--which includes a 6 foot clawfoot tub. The third floor offers a pleasant place to work with two desks and a cozy queen bedroom in our turret. All bedding and towels will be available. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, including gas range and dishwasher. Full laundry facilities are in the basement. Driveway allows for dedicated off-street parking. No smoking or parties permitted. No non-renting overnight guests without prior permission.
