We are a quiet and wonderful cluster of homes and people. Surrounded by some precious green space. The apartment comes unfurnished. And is up a flight of stairs. Use of strong smelling personal products: perfumes, colognes, scented candles, chemical/synthetic household products, detergents, cleaning products, and pesticides is PROHIBITED at this rental! Moderate use of Utilities is included in the rental price, however, if you need to use more significant amounts of natural gas, electricity, and water, the rental price will be increased accordingly.
