Deposit will be $1950 plus furniture/supplies deposit which we will negotiate. Looking for responsible tenants who will respect and take care of house and furnishings, slobs need not bother. I believe this price is a very fair deal for Durango(furnished and utilities paid for by landlord) and as a result I expect caring and clean individuals. Landlord pays all utilities and wifi, if tenant wants TV they pay for it(flat screen is included in furnishings with DVD player and BOSE CD/radio player). None smoking is a must and that includes pot smoking in the house.
