We are currently scheduling tours for Aug 15 and 16 (Fri and Sat) only. 3 bd/2.5 ba townhome in a beautiful, gated, pet-friendly Veridian community for rent. Lots of custom-built storage in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, master closet, den/bonus area, garage, and even the laundry room. Also include entertainment center and TV mounts, ceiling fans, ceiling/recessed lights, and all major appliances. Located within the Poway Unified School District, the community is within walking distance to Del Norte High School. Groceries, restaurants, parks, library etc. are available within 1-2 miles. Qualifications: 1) Complete a rental application for each adult. 2) Successful background and credit check. 3) Must provide proof of income along with the rental application: -Minimum 4 most recent bi-weekly paystubs; or -Minimum 2 most recent monthly paystubs. IMPORTANT NOTES: We will NOT consider your application unless you have toured the property, and we get to meet with you during the tour. To avoid rental scams, our rental is only advertised within the trusted Zillow network (Zillow, Trulia and HotPads). If you see a similar listing elsewhere, it is likely a scam posted by someone else pretending to be us. As homeowners and landlords, we want you to be safe from these notorious rental scams. That is the reason why we request to meet with you during the house tour. - Tenants will be responsible for all utilities (including set-up fee, if necessary). - Pet deposit: $200 per pet, cat or small dog only (2 pets maximum per HOA) - Parking: must be able to park 2 vehicles in the garage (per HOA). Annual parking permit is required for each additional vehicle to park inside the community. Tenant is responsible for the annual parking permit fee and to purchase a transponder to open the vehicle gate. Parking permit is about $165 and the transponder is about $50, purchased directly from the HOA. Parking permit is not required if park on the street, outside the gated community (subjected to City of San Diego parking regulations).
