Studio apartment is a separate/private unit in a residential home. The apartment has a private entrance and is equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, table, dishes, and silverware), bathroom, and full size closet. The studio is furnished with a queen bed, desk, shelving, nightstand, and storage cabinet. Washer and dryer available on premises (but are not in the unit). 3 month ("mid-term") minimum term, up to 1 year. Renter pays 1/4 of monthly utility bill. Laundry facility available in the residence, but not located in rental unit. Smoking is permitted ONLY outside on the premises (front and back yard) but not inside the residence.
