From my location you can be almost anywhere in Mt Pleasant in 10 minutes, the beaches, Rt 526, Ravenel bridge. Lake is for swimming, fishing, kayaking or any electric motored boat. Magnificent fowl life and sometimes otters playing. Somedays it is a lake full of white with herons, comarants, pelicans, cranes seagulls and other birds. Because I have so many flowering plants, i am often meznerized by watching hummingbirds from my rear screened porch. The master bedroom has 3 walk-in or walk around closets. I planted 20 trees the first year. The majority are flowering. In Nov, 2017, we replaced the front shrubs with hydrangeas in shades of pink and lavenders for a showy Spring. Home has walls of windows which overlook the lake. The 4th bedroom is a frog with private bath situated at end of house from the other 3 bedrooms.
