THE RENTAL This is located in Fort Myers off McGregor Blvd, near the Tanger Outlet Stores, near the Bunche Beach. From here it is 1.6 miles to Bunche Beach. The apartment unit has a screen enclosed patio and a common-use large back yard. You can park two cars in your driveway. There is an above ground pool as a left behind by a prior tenant and we don't warranty or service it. We did not remove it because someone who likes to care for it could enjoy it a bit longer. The hot-tub is 100% self-service with no warranties. This rental has no washer or dryer and only a kitchenette. Pets are stricktly not permitted in this rental. FURNISHED OPTIONS: Plan A) Without a credit, background check or rental application, you get a monthly 30-days-booking agreement, which may start at any calendar day, and a fully furnished unit with power and water included. You pay US$ 1,543 per month BOOK THIS PLAN ONLINE (ask for link) For the first month is a US$ 300 refundable securety deposit required, which makes a total of US$ 1,843 as "move-in-payment". Plan B) With approved credit, background check and rental application, you get a 6 to 12 month rental agreement and a fully furnished unit with power and water included. You pay US$ 1,500 per month For "last and security" are US$ 3,000 security deposit required. UNFURNISHED OPTION: Plan C) With approved credit, background check and rental application, you get a 6-12 month rental agreement and an unfurnished unit. Water and power are not included. You pay US$ 1,350 per month For "last and security" are US$ 2,700 security deposit required. Please note: In Plan B) and C) a tenant credit and background check fee is required ($40 per adult)
