Wide open floor plan and vaulted ceiling work very well on main floor.The neighbors are a lot of fun, lots of young families whose kids go to the College Community system. We've got our own Facebook group where we share the neighborhood events with one another. There's a group that brews beer together, lots of Hawkeye football fans (a few outcast Cyclones as well, haha), moms share babysitting info, kids love to ride bikes around the block, etc.
