This is a wonderful family house, across the street from Camp Surf, so it's a very quiet neighborhood, and close to the entrance to the new Navy Seal Training Base. It's only 8 minutes away from downtown Coronado and 15-20 minutes from downtown San Diego. It's an easy commute to Coronado (10 minutes) and Balboa Park (less than 20 minutes across the Coronado bridge--rarely any traffic this direction!) Chula Vista is about 15 minutes' drive. The beach is one block away; you can hear the surf from inside the house. There are miles of empty beach to the north heading towards Coronado; at low tide it's a runner's/biker's paradise. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The house is modest and well-maintained, with a fenced back yard. Bedrooms are medium-small, with a full bath in the hall and a full bath off of the main bedroom, which has a sliding glass door to the back patio. There is an additional living room off of the back patio in addition to the living room off of the kitchen. The garage is a small one-car garage. Please reply via email for further information.
