You will stay in the master bedroom - the size is 10,5 x 12,5 - plenty of room to wiggle around and there's a large closet in the bedroom and an additional large closet in the living room that you can use. It is currently furnished with a Pillow Top Plush Sterns & Foster King Size mattress (5 star Hotel Quality). However, I'm in the midst of selling it for $300 ( NOTE: this is a $4500 mattress so yes it is definitely a steal and you are welcome to jump on it - see pic and link: ). The rent is all inclusive of Utilities and Internet/Wifi. Please note, I do not subscribe to any Cable. I stream everything online. You are free to use my 46 inch TV & Roku in the living room. Laundry room is on site. I am a respectable male full time student and a professional boxer who is hardly home so you will have a lot of privacy. I only have 1 rule: 1. Don't eat my food 2. Mind your business 3. Pay rent on time 4. Keep common areas clean 5. No pets Ok, fine that's 5 rules but other than that you are free to do whatever you like as long as it does not cause the neighbors to complain. You will have an assigned parking spot if you own a car. The location is very close to a large number of places, such as below: Jewel Osco and Chase Bank are literally behind the apartment building, which is less than 5 minute walk. Bus 548 is across the street of the apartment building. A few other buses run on McLean and Larkin which is 2 blocks away. Elgin Community College is only 1.8 mile away or 6 minute drive. McDonald's & Dunkin Donuts are about 5 minute walk. Very close to major highways such as I-90 & Route 20. If you'd like to see the apartment please call/text/email and set up an appointment. I don't care about your credit as long as you have the steady means to pay rent, you're golden. Security deposit is one month rent, which will be applied towards your last month rent so it is NOT refundable. Should you plan on moving out early (Before August) you MUST give me a one month courtesy notice. Your total to move in will be $1000 non negotiable. FOR LONG TERM LEASE: You do have the option to take over my lease from May to August or after August if you decide to stay longer. However, everything will be based upon approval based on your credit and background check by the management company.
