If you do not bring home this after taxes you won't qualify. 2 months of paystubs are required for proof of income. We count any income such as disability, child support, food stamps etc. into this amount. We suggest bringing these items to the showing. We also do a basic background check for previous evictions and violent, sexual and drug related felonies. If any if these are present on background check you will not qualify. There is a $35 charge for the background check which is the last step in the application process.
