Nice contiguous block of cultivated farmland including 104 acres of 7 yr. old almonds in excellent condition, positioned next to Esparto community in western Yolo County. Mix of almond varieties includes 50% Nonpareil; 25% Monterey; 12.5% Aldrich and 12.5% of Wood Colony all on Krymsk rootstock. Orchard has achieved over 1 ton/acre in its young production history.
