No smoking and/or drug use is allowed on the property. We live on site and we have a friendly german shepherd who is often out in the back yard. It is advised that only people who are comfortable with dogs apply for this apartment. We are flexible on the lease term and would be happy to go month-to-month, 6 months, or 1 year.
