Hi - The current tenants are moving next weekend. I will be showing the house between 10 am and 7 pm on Monday, March 22. If you are interested, please send me the 30 min slot you would prefer. The property will be available for move-in by April 1 but up to mid May is acceptable if your application is submitted, and you can sign a lease and submit the deposit. During showing, interested applicants will be required to wear a mask that fits snugly and covers their nose and mouth. Thank you! No smoking. Dogs must be kept in the house if the tenant isn't home or is otherwise unavailable to stop barking. HVAC maintenance and filter change is twice/year. Orkin is scheduled quarterly but inside sprays are not required. It's up to you. The swing comes with the house. New dishwasher installed November 2020. Off-street parking is available.
