This is a fully furnished month to month vacation rental with all utilities, cable and Netflix included. Everything you need is provided, just bring your clothes. If less than one month is needed let us know and we can accommodate if available. One story Single Family Residence, remodeled and furnished in 2021, everything is clean and new, spacious and modern. Living has a large couch, TV and electric fireplace. Master has a queen bed, TV, a chair and electric fireplace and its private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are separated by a bathroom and each have a queen bed and chair. The dining table has 4 chairs and a bench comfortably sitting 6 people. The kitchen appliances are modern stainless steel and it is equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy. The front porch has a cute little bench for relaxing ice tea sipping. The back yard has a covered lanai with a modular couch, BBQ grill and coffee table. Just bring your clothes and everything else was carefully picked for you to move in and enjoy. We are located just 5 minutes from the vibrant downtown in a small and very quaint community. We prefer no pets, since this is a fully furnished house, but understand sometimes you need to have them with you and will accept it on a case by case scenario with an additional nonrefundable deposit. Laundry is in the garage and is brand new. The garage has space for one car but additional parking is on the driveway. There is no HOA and if you have a boat or trailer it will be OK to park it on the premises. The back yard is fully fenced and pretty large for any usage you may need. The community has a walkway path along the road for your daily jog or walk. Or you can go for a longer stroll towards Gilbert park. No smoking allowed. Pets are allowed with an additional nonrefundable deposit case by case.
