Requires a non-refundable $40 application fee for background check, plus proof of employment/income and financial stability. Additionally, we will have a single bedroom with shared bath for $920/mo. + utilities available August 1, 2025, which you can look at during the showing. A 3rd bedroom will be available September 1, 2025 for the same rate. 1-year lease from August 1, 2025-July 31, 2026 Once your application has been reviewed and screened by the landlord, he will send you a link asking for permission to run a background/security check by a 3rd party agency. This charge of the background/security check (just under $40) must be paid by the applicant and will serve as the rental application fee. Tenants must help to maintain a clean and comfortable living situation. Any conflicts between tenants must be handled in a respectful and civil manner or can be escalated to the landlord, who will then decide further action, e.g. termination of lease.
