The nearby Tijuana River can affect ocean water quality and occasionally causes unpleasant odors in the air, especially at night or after storms. It's not constant, but worth mentioning. Heads-Up (Literally!) Our location is near the Naval Outlying Landing Field in Imperial Beach, so you may occasionally hear or see military helicopters flying overhead. It's usually brief and not a daily occurrence, but we like to let guests know in advance some find it interesting, others barely notice. Either way, it's part of the unique coastal character of the area! Executive rental. Month to Month is welcome. 3 to 6 month leases available.
