Hi everyone, I am looking for a tenant to share a two story town-home in the Huntington Harbor area. This town-home was remodeled about 1 year ago and it's' a fantastic place to live. The current tenant is in his mid 30's, a responsible and professional person and we are looking for another professional to occupy the 2nd bedroom in this unit. You will have your own bedroom and your own remodeled bathroom, plus a parking spot right outside of the unit. The current tenant has a maid cleans the common areas including kitchen and downstairs bathroom once a month. We can use the current furniture inside or if you have your own furniture we can work with that as well. No pets please however there is a fish tank which you will see in the photos. Please no drugs, no excess drinking/partying. If you have a significant other please do not make them the 3rd roommate. The current tenant does have his girlfriend stay over once a month when she visits from up north but in no way is she the 3rd roommate.
