Home is freshly painted with new carpet and flooring. Home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, within the Puyallup School District. Shopping and restaurants close by. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant/leasee. There is NOT a fenced in yard. The upkeep of the yard is the responsibility of the Tenant/Leasee to include mowing, edging, watering, weeding. I am not available to take calls, email, or show the house from August 4th - August 10th. Renter is responsible for all utilities, sewer, water, power, gas, etc. Washer and dryer not supplied. No smoking. No pets. First month rent due at signing and deposit. Home will be move in ready August 1st. There is a $400.00 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee upon termination of lease. Credit and/or rental history will be run through a rental research company. Renter will be responsible for fees to apply. 1 year lease. There is no fenced in yard. Tenant/Leasee is responsible for the upkeep of the yard to include mowing, edging, watering, and weeding. There will be a $400.00 fee per month for yard not kept up. There is a $250.00 late fee plus for all rent not post marked by the 5th of the month. Tenant/Leasee are not allowed to paint unless approved in writing by the Landlord. The inside and outside have been painted within the last 2 years. I will not be available to answer or show the house from August 4-10th.
