Quite, Clean , Friendly, and just a general pleasure to live in. This is a very lovely home in a ideal and well established neighborhood in DeLand, Florida. This is the kind of neighboorhood to bring your children and granchildren to trick-or-treat. It's just far enough from downtown that you don't have any traffic, but not to far away to have fine dinning or just to pickup a gallon of milk. The value of the surounding homes are outstanding which makes this a steal. A nice bit of information is you are 15 mins from Daytona Beach or just 30 mins from Orlando so you can have Disney one day and Daytona Beach the other. We took the time to updated much the house. Move in condition, while still leaving projects for other people. Recently had the roof cleaned and sealed, painted multiple rooms, and added a large number of updates, to include the above mentioned, such as new range and dishwasher/disposal, hardwood floors, updated fixtures, and ceiling fans in basically every room, etc. Good neighbors and very nice location.
