Suite 2B is a 1,064 sq. ft. studio located on the second floor. It has beautifully preserved 100+ year old hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, 12 ft. ceilings, and large windows with northern exposure. This suite underwent a mild renovation four years ago that included installation of a new stainless steel stove/oven, stainless refrigerator/freezer, digital thermostat, new electrical outlets, switches and plate covers, fresh paint throughout, refinished window sills, serviced furnace, and other assorted odds and ends. The hot water tank was replaced six years ago. Amenities include a kitchen that is fully-furnished with extensive cabinet storage, granite countertops, electric range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, double-basin sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The bathroom has granite countertops, single-basin sink, shower, toilet and fan ventilation system. In-suite central A/C and heat is controlled by a digital thermostat and keeps the suite comfortable with ease and efficiency throughout the year. Also included in this unit is an energy-efficient washer/dryer so that you can do your laundry without leaving the privacy of your suite. There is a large walk-in closet with an extensive amount of shelved storage space. While this unit gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, there is also track lighting and canister lights installed throughout the ceiling. All fixtures are outfitted with energy-efficient LED bulbs. Utility bills are low cost, and the tenant is responsible for only natural gas and electricity. This suite is wired for cable TV and internet, though the cost of monthly service (provided by Spectrum) is the responsibility of the tenant. A freight elevator is conveniently located directly across the hall from suite 2B, making the move-in/out process effortless. It's also very useful for bringing groceries in without having to carry them up the staircase. There are several shopping carts on-site for your further convenience. We have on-site snow plowing service that diligently and frequently clears and salts our parking lot and surrounding paved grounds during the winter months. You'll never need to worry about digging your car out of the snow, nor slipping on an icy sidewalk. We also have an outgoing mailbox directly in front of the building. We have our own gated and secure parking lot on-site for resident parking, which is monitored by several high-definition security cameras. One (1) assigned parking spot will be provided to you at no additional cost. A visitor parking lot is located directly in front of the building off E. 40 St. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in every suite and common areas, monitored 24/7 by an outside firm and linked directly to the Cleveland Fire Department. The building's main entrance is secure and controlled by a swipe card system for residents. Visitors must dial a buzzer for entry, and your suite has a video monitor that displays who is at the building entrance. As if this wasn't enough, renting this suite also permits you access to our rooftop deck, where you can quietly relax while viewing the downtown Cleveland skyline and the beautiful sunsets. It's also the perfect spot to watch Independence Day fireworks in July and the Air Show in September. Suite 2B will be available for move-in on October 1, 2025. Prospective tenants must submit an application, pass a background check, and pass a credit and income check. Cats are welcome. Dogs are welcome under certain circumstances (please discuss with me).
