All addresses, move-in instructions and door codes will be provided upon application approval and lease signing. 2. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please keep all noise levels to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents. 3. Rooms/Common Areas, and Amenities of this house are available to you as a place to live for personal rest and relaxation. Please be mindful that you are not allowed to operate a business from this location or address. 4. Cleaning is a shared responsibility amongst the guests living in the apartment. So, personal items should never be stored in common areas including kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, porch, yard. 5. Personal items left in common areas may be disposed of at any time. 6. Trash must be taken to the green bin provided outside, everyday. 7. Make sure all trash is in the green bin outside and the bin rolled to the curb on Sundays by 8pm. Trash bin (dumpster) is emptied curbside by the city on Mondays. You must also pull the bins to the back of the house away from the curb on Tuesdays. 8. Smoking, vaping, burning incense or candles is not allowed inside the building, on the porch, or anywhere on the property 9. Grilling is not allowed on the property. 10. Space heaters and hot plates are prohibited in bedrooms. 11. Pest Control service by the Property Manager or their delegate is planned monthly for the Common Areas. The Property Manager may enter your room to inspect if pests become a problem. Notice will be provided. You can help us too. Please be considerate to take preventative measures to remove any waste as soon as possible to prevent pest issues. 12. A starter set of sheets may be provided for your convenience but is not guaranteed. You should be prepared to supply your own personal items such as soap, tissue, shampoo, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, extra linens like sheets, blankets, and towels. 13. Please notify us asap if you are aware of suspicious activity in or around the building. Contact Police and file a report if you are aware of illegal activity in or around the building. 14. Message us if you have any questions or comments. 15. No furniture, fixture, TV, etc should ever be moved from one room to another. 16. All rooms are single occupancy and must be used by the person whose name is on the lease.You are not allowed to sublet or have others stay with you. In addition, only lease residents may use the Common Areas & Amenities. 17. Vehicle must be registered to park on property before your move-in date. 18. Other restrictions: No pets, no parties, no events are allowed 19. On move-out, please remove your personal items from the kitchen, bathroom and your room. Don't forget to check the drawers, closets, and under the bed for personal items. Leave the remote control for the TV where it can be easily found. If you have any trash, please place it in the dumpster. Insure your windows are closed and locked. Lastly, Leave the lights off in your room.
