Hello! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, two-story living room town home will be available April 27th for rent! New floors, oven-range, and sink have been installed (April installation for sink). If needing to move before April 27th please send those inquiries. Available to you is a two car garage (I have a cruz and my husband has an explorer, both fit with no items against the side walls), all fridge, oven, dishwasher, second floor washer and dryer, and all window treatments and drapery's (though you can choose to hang your own if you'd like - it's going to be your new home!). Rental terms can vary between 6 and 12 months, though we are open to discussing longer terms (price listed is the 12 month rental pricing). The longer term will have a lower monthly payment, the shorter the term will have a slightly higher monthly payment. Please reach out. Any utilities; water, gas, electric, cable, and internet, etc. are your responsibility but all are available to hook up at your discretion. Water, gas and electric are required to rent the property.
